          As per Malta Standards Authority and various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2007 published on 21st December 2007 and Legal Notice 33 of 2008, the competency for the authorisation and regulation of pesticides in Malta has been transferred to the Malta Standards Authority (MSA) as from 1st February 2008. The MSA, can be contacted on ++356 21242420.
