Complaints

 

 

If you feel that the service offered by the Department of Plant Health was not to your satisfaction, you may immediately take the matter up with the officer you dealt with.  If you are still dissatisfied with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint with the official you are referred to or write a letter to the Head of Department of Plant Health in the following address:

You can expect to receive an acknowledgement within two working days, and a full reply within two weeks from the day you had lodged your complaint.

After an investigation on the case is conducted, we shall take measure to ensure that the matter is dealt with without delay, to your satisfaction and in the best possible manner.
